Techrobotic was born inside Techromatic Incorporated, our managed IT services firm.
We built our first software robot to solve one healthcare client’s specific bottleneck — rejection of patient insurance claims due to incorrect info. We saw smart, competent professionals drowning in repetitive work: checking portal after portal, cross-checking and correcting the info, five hours a day. The manager knew that most of the claims coming back as rejected were the result of human error by the patients. But what can you do? Humans make errors.
The results of our automations were immediate — hours collapsed into minutes, errors dropped to near zero, and for the first time in years, the team had time to do actual meaningful work. From there, we kept going — technology onboarding and offboarding, physician credentialing, billing reconciliation, shipping logistics. Each time, the pattern was the same: smart people stuck in manual processes that couldn’t scale.
That’s when the lightbulb went off. If this level of impact was possible here — why wasn’t it accessible to more companies? Traditional automation was built for large enterprises: expensive, slow, and dependent on internal teams to manage. So we built a different model — one designed to bring the same capabilities to mid-market organizations in a way that is practical, affordable, and fully managed. And that’s how Techrobotic was born.
