What’s included in the monthly subscription?

Monitoring, maintenance for minor updates, documentation, enhancement discounts, and a dedicated team. Most routine changes — like portal layout shifts or form field adjustments — are covered. Larger process changes are scoped as enhancements at a built-in discount.

Is there a per-user or per-seat fee?

No. The price is based on process complexity, not how many people benefit from the automation. There are no license fees.

How long does development and implementation take?

Timeframe is based on complexity. Simple automations typically take 6–8 weeks. A moderately complex automation might be an 8–12 week project. Complex automations can take 16–20 weeks to build out. Every engagement starts with a Discovery phase that produces a clear timeline before any build begins.

What if my process changes after deployment?

Most minor tweaks and changes will be covered under your maintenance contract. More significant updates may require robot enhancements — for which we have a built-in discount.

Can we start with one robot and add more later?

That’s exactly how we recommend starting. Pick your worst bottleneck, prove ROI on a single process, and expand from there. Most clients add their second automation within 3–6 months of the first.

Do we need to install new software?

No. The robot runs on our infrastructure and operates inside your existing applications — the same software your team already uses. No new platforms for your team to learn how to integrate and use.
